Making or answering phone calls with Bluetooth®-enabled models

before making or taking a call, make sure the headset is paired to the phone. the bluetooth® led status indicator should be flashing one time for each time the power led flashes. if this is not occurring, see pairing a bluetooth®-enabled device. use the table below to match the action with the corresponding bluetooth® function button action:

answer a call:
briefly press the bluetooth® function button. you should hear a short beep in the headphones before the incoming call

reject an incoming call:
press the bluetooth® function button for three seconds. (this function depends on the capabilities of the phone.)

making a call:
dial from the phone and the call will automatically transfer to the headset. if the phone has voice-activated dialing, press the bluetooth® function buttonand wait for the phone voice prompts

activating voice dialling:
when there are no active or incoming calls, briefly press the bluetooth® function button once. (this function depends on the capabilities of the phone.)

redialing the last number:
when there are no active or incoming calls, press the bluetooth® function button twice in quick succession. (this function depends on the capabilities of the phone.)

transferring the audio to the mobile phone:
when on a call, press the bluetooth® function button for three to four seconds. this transfers the audio to the mobile phone handset while the bluetooth® wireless technology connection remains active

ending a call:
briefly press the bluetooth® function button. you should hear two short beeps in the headphones to indicate that the call has been ended

If on a call and connected to an intercom, the call can be completed with the headset after disconnecting it from the intercom provided there are batteries with sufficient power in the control module. If the Auto-Off feature is active, the headset will turn off approximately three seconds after the call is ended.

to use the headset when unplugged from the intercom to listen to auxiliary input audio, or as a standalone bluetooth® technology headset to make or receive calls, the auto-off feature will need to be disabled for uninterrupted functionality. for more information on the auto-off feature, see setting the control module operation switches.
