No sound using an optical cable

Applies to:

  • Bose® Solo 10 series II TV sound system
  • Bose® Solo 10 TV sound system
  • Bose® Solo 15 Series II TV sound system
  • Bose® Solo 15 TV system

If the optical cable feels loose or you do not hear sound using an optical cable:

Before connecting an optical cable, make sure you remove the protective plug cover

When inserting the optical plug into the optical jack on the system, you may feel slight resistance. Additional pressure may be needed until you feel the plug click securely in place.
