Resetting your product

A reset can reboot your product or it can clear locally-stored product settings, such as paired device lists. Find out which option is available to reset your product.

Reset your speaker.

Product settings are not erased during this reset.
  1. Power off your system.
  2. Disconnect the power cord.
  3. If the battery is installed, remove it. For more info, see Replacing the battery in your product.
  4. Wait 30 seconds, then reconnect the battery (if applicable) and power cord.
