We’re sorry. Your product is out of warranty, but we can replace it at a discounted price.
In order to receive your replacement, you must send in your current product. We will email you an order confirmation, which includes the prepaid label, and shipping instructions. Once we have received your product, we will deliver your new one to you. You should receive your replacement product within 1-5 business days. Please note: Only send the main product and retain all accessories, such as carry cases, power cables etc., unless they are directly related to the issue you’re experiencing.
