Charging case will not charge

Connect the USB cable to a different power supply, such as another wall adapter or a different USB jack on a computer

Check the charging case battery indicators. When charging, the last lit battery indicator blinks white. When the charging case is fully charged, all battery indicators glow solid white

If the charging case has been exposed to high or low temperatures, let the case return to room temperature and then try charging again

Reset the charging case by inserting a paper clip in the back of the case until you feel a click
