Fitting the headset

Bose® Bluetooth® headset Series 2

The soft StayHear® tip allows the headset to rest comfortably along the bowl of your ear. The wing part of the tip fits just under the ear ridge.

To determine if the tip is the right size, follow these steps:

Tilt the headset forward so the earpiece lines up with your ear canal

Insert the tip into your ear canal just far enough for the headset to rest in position

tilt the headset back (a) and press the tip wing (b) under the ear ridge until it is secure

The headset should feel comfortable. If it does not, using a different size StayHear® tip may help. To replace the ear tip with a different size, see Changing the ear tip.
