Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
No sound from AirPlay® device
Applies to:
- Make sure the system has power (AC or optional battery)
- Make sure the system has a Wi-Fi® connection
- Make sure the system and the AirPlay® compatible device are connected to the same network
- Make sure your AirPlay® compatible device is playing and the volume is turned up
- Make sure the system is not muted, and increase the system volume
- Select SoundLink® Air as the destination in the AirPlay® menu
- Turn off system power (unplug AC cable or remove optional battery) for one minute and then turn power on again
