Removing a product from my Bose Music account

In the Bose Music app, from the My Bose screen, tap the Account Settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen

Tap Manage Speakers > Edit

 Select the product you want to remove

Tap Delete

Tap Remove to confirm that you want to remove the product

To return to the My Bose screen, tap the icon in the top-left corner of the screen.

Important things to note:

When you remove the product, your presets are removed

If you are signed in to the product with your Amazon account and remove the product from your Bose Music account, it could take up to one hour for Alexa to be removed from your product. To remove Alexa immediately, unplug the product from the power supply then plug it in again. Once Alexa has been removed, anyone using the product will no longer be able to access Alexa

Note: Amazon Alexa isn’t available in all languages and countries.
