Serial number location
Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).
SoundLink On-Ear serial number and date of manufacture locations:
The serial number is found under the ear cushion on the left earcup. Detach the cushion the view the serial number, which begins with the number 0.
The four-digit DOM (Date of Manufacture) code is printed on the left headband arm. To view it, expand the headband.
