Serial number location

Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).

The preferred method of checking the serial number is by using the Bose Connect App. Go to Settings > Product Details and view the serial number.



You can also find the serial number on the bottom of the speaker.
