Serial number location
Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).
Soundbar serial number location.
The serial number is located on the product label on the back of the soundbar.
View the serial number in the SoundTouch app.
- Open the SoundTouch app
- Tap on the Menu icon in the upper-left
- Tap Settings
- Tap About
- Select a system to view its details
- The serial number is found under Product Serial Number.
To view info about your product:
Please note: Some settings and features displayed may vary by product. However, the steps to find your product information are valid.
- In the Bose Music app, tap the Settings icon
in the upper-right corner.
If a different product is shown, tap the My Bose iconin upper-left corner then select the desired product.
- Scroll down to and tap Technical Info.
Details about your product appear.
Bose Soundbar System serial number locations:
- Soundbar: The serial number is located on the back right side of the soundbar next to a QR code. It begins with the number 0
- Bass module: The serial number is located on the bottom of the bass module in the center, below a bar code. It begins with the number 0
