Faint clicking sound in the headset

If you are experiencing any abnormal sounds coming from your headset, please try the following:

Determine if the clicking sound is present during noise cancelling only.

Detach the audio cable from the headset and test. If the faint clicking is not present, see Poor sound quality from product.

Replace the battery.
