My system is turned on but there is no sound

Applies to:

  • Wave® system IV
  • Wave® music system III
  • Wave® music system

Make sure nothing is plugged into the system’s headphone jack. Such a connection will mute the speakers

Try another audio source. The problem you’re experiencing could be caused by the audio source, such as FM radio or a CD

Try a reset. Turn off your system and unplug from power for 60 second. Once reconnected to power, see if you are experiencing the same issue
