Nick Smith is Senior Vice-President of Strategy, Business Development and Technology Infrastructure at Bose. He is responsible for enterprise-wide strategy development and deployment, enterprise partnerships and business development, creating and building an emerging technology licensing business, a design-thinking practice, and a data centre of excellence and advanced data strategy. He also oversees information technology for Bose.
Prior to joining Bose in 2021, Nick was the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer of Global Ecommerce at Pitney Bowes Inc. While there, he led the creation of new operating platforms, partnership programmes and logistics networks to enable increased revenue growth. He also led mergers and acquisitions, and post-merger integrations, as well as collaborative innovation programmes.
