Randy Wick joined Bose in 2022 as a Senior Vice-President and Chief Sales Officer overseeing the company’s global consumer sales organisation. Randy’s responsibilities include building and maintaining meaningful sales strategies, strengthening relationships with resellers and driving demand with customers. With more than 25 years of experience, Randy brings proven strategic sales expertise in the consumer electronics space.

As a frequent traveller, Randy never leaves the house without his Bose QuietComfort Earbuds, whether it’s for enjoying the superior noise cancellation and sound quality on flights or taking phone calls on the go.

Prior to joining Bose, Randy was Senior Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Element Electronics. He’s also served in senior sales and marketing roles at industry leading companies such as Dell Technologies and Office Depot.

Randy attended the University of Wisconsin-Superior and studied business administration and management.
