Free standard shipping is now being offered on all products purchased online or by telephone.

When will i recieve my order?

Please note that the number of days quoted for standard and express shipping refers to transit time only. Additional time (typically one business day) is required for processing in-stock orders. Refer to the table for estimated delivery times.

Standard shipping for orders placed on www.bose.com.au is by the Australia Post E Parcel system. Delivery time estimates apply to in-stock items, exclude the one business day order processing time and are subject to carrier delay outside our control. If you are not available to accept your delivery the E Parcel service provides for a card to be left advising you of the attempted delivery and the order will be left at your nearest post office for you to collect.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can my order be shipped to a post office (p.o.) box number?

We are able to deliver to a post office box only by eparcel standard shipping.

Can I have my order shipped outside the australia?

Orders placed on bose.com.au can only be shipped to addresses within Australia. If you would like to place an order for shipment to another country, please visit the bose worldwide website.

Will i get an order confirmation by email?

We will send you an order confirmation email after your details have been confirmed and the information has been accepted.

Do I need to sign for my package?

In order to ensure you receive your package on time and in good order, Bose® does require a signature before a package can be left at your location. if you receive a notice stating delivery was attempted while you were out, please follow its instructions regarding an alternate delivery date or package pick-up.

A word about our boxes

Bose® products are shipped in distinctive packaging that showcases product image and name. Generally we do not outer pack our cartons although some packages containing two or more items may be outer packed.
 

Shipping for Returns

Bose will refund in full all freight costs associated with valid returns made under the Bose Excitement Guarantee. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the costs of returning Bose products to us.  See Your Return Rights for more information about your return and exchange options.
